AI App Development

AI apps built AI-native, not bolted on.

We build products with AI as the foundation, not a chatbot widget added at the end. Retrieval-augmented generation, fine-tuned models, and autonomous agents that take real action across your tools — evaluated, guarded, and shipped to production.

What's included

Everything this service covers.

RAG pipelines

Retrieval systems grounded in your own data, so answers are accurate instead of confidently wrong.

Autonomous agents

Agents that call tools and take actions, with humans reviewing the judgment calls.

AI voice agents

Voice agents that handle calls — booking, support, and qualification — backed by the same retrieval and tool-use as our text agents.

Model fine-tuning

Fine-tuned and prompt-tuned models suited to your domain, not a generic wrapper.

Eval pipelines

We measure quality before you ship, and keep measuring after — AI systems drift, evaluation catches it.

Vector search infrastructure

Pinecone, pgvector, or your embedding store of choice, sized to your data volume.

Guardrails & observability

Rate limits, fallbacks, and logging so an AI feature fails safely, not silently.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do you build on top of OpenAI, Claude, or open-source models?

Whichever fits the job. We've shipped on OpenAI, Anthropic's Claude, Google's Gemini, and self-hosted open-source models — the model is a swappable component, not the architecture.

Can you add AI to an existing product instead of building from scratch?

Yes — a lot of our AI work is exactly this: adding a RAG-backed search, an agent that automates a manual workflow, or a fine-tuned classifier into a product that already exists.

How do you handle AI accuracy and hallucination risk?

Grounding answers in retrieval instead of model memory, evaluation pipelines that score output quality before and after launch, and guardrails that fail closed rather than confidently wrong.

Do you build AI voice agents, or just text-based ones?

Both. Voice agents run on the same retrieval and tool-use foundation as our text agents — they just add speech-to-text and text-to-speech at the edges, so a phone-based support or booking agent behaves as reliably as a chat one.

Where's the next few percent
in your product?

Tell us what you're building or trying to fix — we'll reply with next steps, not a sales pitch.
